Chlorinated rubber thinner


Purepose:

Chlorinated rubber thinner is intended for thinning chlorinated rubber and polyvinyl products (paints, enamels, varnishes), as well as for cleaning painting equipment and tools. It can be used for other paint products if permitted by the instructions for use of the specific product.

Characteristics:

Chlorinated rubber thinner is a colorless, clear, homogeneous liquid consisting of aromatic hydrocarbons and alcohols, free from turbidity, suspensions, and sediments.

Product properties:

The liquid is volatile and flammable, forming explosive mixtures with air. It is essential to refer to the safety data sheet of the hazardous substance.

Packaging:

The thinner is available in containers of various capacities: 0.5L, 1L, 5L, 10L, 200L, or other sizes as agreed between the manufacturer and the customer. Containers are made of plastic or metal (tinplate).

Boiling temperature range (°C) 110 ÷ 140
Flash point > 23°C
Ignition temperature > 250°C


The product complies with the In-house Standard of CHEMIKA company.
It has obtained the PZH (National Institute of Hygiene) certificate.
