Characteristics:
CEKORCHEM Silicone Paint is a coating made up of a suspension of pigments and fillers in a solution of silicone resin in organic solvents, with the addition of pigments and auxiliary agents. The paint is available in the basic color of silver and can also be supplied in other colors according to individual agreements with the customer.
Product Features:
The coating created by CEKORCHEM Silicone Paint exhibits good mechanical resistance (elasticity, impact resistance) and corrosion resistance (resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents, and water). It is resistant to temperatures up to 400°C* and adheres well to steel substrates. The paint can be applied using various application techniques, including brush, roller, pneumatic spray, hydrodynamic spray, and immersion.
*) including continuous exposure up to 300°C and intermittent exposure up to 400°C.
Applications:
CEKORCHEM Silicone Paint is used for painting previously cleaned steel components exposed to continuous or intermittent high temperatures. It is particularly recommended for painting metal components, ovens, radiators, heating elements, and central heating installations.
