Characteristics:
FTALAK LG 6020 XF is a lean alkyd resin based on linseed oil, produced in the form of a 60% solution in xylene.
Purpose:
The product is intended for industrial use; for the production of coating products, anti-corrosion primers, primers, and fillers that air-dry at room temperature, as well as for the production of products that air-dry at an elevated temperature, but not exceeding 110°C.
Properties:
Short drying time, high hardness, good adhesion to the substrate. Resistance to atmospheric factors.
Packaging:
Tankers, 1000-liter polyethylene intermediate bulk containers, 200-liter polyethylene drums, and other packaging agreed upon with the recipient.
Storage:
Storage: Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated areas, away from direct sunlight, sources of sparks, and heat. Secure the storage area against static electricity, e.g., through grounding. The storage area should be well-ventilated and designed for storing hazardous substances. Ensure both ventilation and electrical installations are explosion-proof. Keep within a temperature range of +5°C to +25°C, in enclosed spaces that provide sufficient protection, far from food items, animal feed, food containers, and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals. Avoid exposing to prolonged low temperatures. Store in tightly sealed containers.
Transport:
Transport in original tightly closed containers. The product is subject to regulations concerning the transport of dangerous goods. It is classified as hazardous material and is subject to transportation regulations according to RID/ADR (UN 1866, classification code - 3/F1, packing group III, hazard identification number 30).
Warranty Conditions:
The product is covered by a 6-month warranty from the production date. The product subject to exchange must have maintained packaging, storage, and transportation conditions, and the defects preventing the use of the product for its intended purpose must have arisen during the production process and be due to the fault of the manufacturer.
