POLICHEM Paint for Galvanized Surfaces


Purpose:

The paint is intended for decorative and protective coating of steel, cast iron, galvanized, and aluminum structures, equipment, and machines used in various working conditions, as well as some plastics. It is particularly recommended for painting roofs, gutters, and window sills. It is also used for the renovation of old coatings. Suitable for use in industry, excluding interior surfaces in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Characteristics:

A suspension of pigments and fillers in a solution of polyvinyl and alkyd resins in organic solvents, with the addition of driers and auxiliary agents.

Product Properties:

The polyvinyl paint has very good application properties. It forms very well-adhering, durable, and flexible protective-decorative coatings with high durability and impact resistance. It shows excellent adhesion to previously applied coatings. Polyvinyl paint also features excellent adhesion to the substrate and good mechanical properties. The resulting coatings are smooth, with good elasticity, impact-resistant, and resistant to temperature variations and elevated temperatures.

Packaging:

Available in containers of various capacities: 1L, 5L, 10L, 20L. The paint is available in a full range of colors, including those matching the RAL color chart. The product is available in any color according to individual agreements with the customer.

Raw material standard No. ZN-2009/CH/03 in accordance with PN-C-81903:2002.

The product is compliant with the Internal Standard of the company CHEMIKA.
It has the PZH Certificate.
