MOFAP-Q Conductive Paint

Purpose:

This product is designed for creating coatings used in environments that require the dissipation of electrostatic charges from the protected surfaces. It is intended for the protection of machines, equipment, wooden and wood-like elements, and components made of plastics, operating in urban and industrial atmospheres, as well as in mining. It is meant to protect surfaces made of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, wood, wood-like materials, and plastic materials used in underground mine workings in non-metallic and methane fields.

Characteristics:

A suspension of pigments and fillers in an alkyd and polyvinyl resin solution in organic solvents with the addition of auxiliaries.

Product properties:

A specialized paint for the mining and industrial sectors with the ability to conduct electrical charges. It prevents the accumulation of static charges on the painted surfaces, thus protecting against electrostatic discharges. The paint coating is resistant to chemical atmospheres, with significant resistance to prolonged exposure to diluted inorganic acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents. It offers good mechanical resistance and adhesion to substrates, providing excellent corrosion protection. It is highly flexible, formable, and impact-resistant. The modified alkyd conductive paint creates very well-adhering, protective-decorative coatings with excellent opacity.

Packaging:

Available in various capacities: 1L, 5L, 10L, 20L. The paint is available in a full range of colors, including those matching the RAL color chart.
