ROAD PAINT - Acrylic for Roadway Marking

Characteristics:

A suspension of pigments and fillers in an acrylic resin solution in organic solvents with the addition of auxiliary agents.

Product Properties:

An acrylic paint with a high solid content, high density, and excellent coverage. The paint features a short drying time and a coating that is resistant to abrasion, with excellent adhesion to the substrate. The use of glass microspheres with a reflective effect ensures excellent visibility of the markings in car headlights under night conditions.

Application:

Acrylic-based paint for professional use. The acrylic paint is intended for horizontal road markings on urban and rural roads, squares, parking lots, industrial halls, warehouses, and other bituminous and concrete surfaces. The paint for roadway marking is used in areas where rapid resumption of traffic is required. The paint is applied by pneumatic or hydrodynamic spraying methods.

Application Method:

Before painting, thoroughly mix the paint to achieve a homogeneous consistency. Apply to dry and clean asphalt or concrete surfaces free from dust, dirt, sand, or oil. It is not recommended to apply acrylic paint to tar-like substrates due to the possibility of yellowing of the markings. Apply by pneumatic or hydrodynamic spraying method. The acrylic paint is ready for commercial use; however, if its viscosity is too high due to low ambient temperature, dilute with a small amount of acrylic thinner, up to 3% by weight. Excessive use of acrylic thinner is not recommended as it may result in a coating with reduced durability.
