SEPTOCHEM Disinfectant/Biocide Product

Intended use:

SEPTOCHEM is intended for external use; for disinfection, cosmetic cleaning of machinery and equipment and reusable personal protective equipment (aprons, protective suits and masks, oxygen apparatuses, canister housings, etc.), as well as surfaces, materials, equipment and furniture that do not come into contact with
with food or animal feed. The product has bactericidal
and fungicidal. Ingestion risks serious health consequences.

Application method:

SEPTOCHEM preparation should be used undiluted. The concentration of the active substance is selected so that the preparation has optimal antimicrobial activity. Dilution of SEPTOCHEM will reduce the disinfecting capacity of the preparation. The elements to be disinfected should be washed and dried. Apply the liquid with a spray, swab or brush to the disinfected surfaces and expose for at least 10 minutes. The product is a volatile substance and evaporates spontaneously from the disinfected surfaces. The rate of evaporation depends on the temperature of the surface of the elements to which it was applied. For cosmetic purposes, apply SEPTOCHEM to the surfaces of the elements to be cosmetically cleaned, then wipe them with a clean cloth. When disinfecting hands - apply about 5 ml of the product to the hands, rub thoroughly into the skin for about 1 minute, leave to dry. Apply a protective cream on your hands. The preparation should not be mixed with other disinfectants and cleansers containing surfactants, as they can cause a decrease in its antimicrobial activity or even complete inactivation. Do not eat, drink or smoke during use.Note that the vapors of the preparation are flammable. Apply the basic rules of safety and fire prevention. Before working with the product, read the safety data sheet.Disinfection of respiratory protection equipment produced by “FASER” S.A. to be carried out in accordance with instruction No. ID/1/06.
Instruction No. ID/1/06.

Conditions when conducting work:

Note that the vapors of the preparation are flammable. Apply the basic safety and fire regulations. Avoid facilitating the formation of vapors. Vapors with air form explosive mixtures. The preparation is highly flammable. Have equipment available at all times in case of fire or leakage.

Transport:

SEPTOCHEM disinfectant preparation is classified as a hazardous material and is subject to transport regulations according to RID/ADR. Material identification number UN 1170, class/classification code - 3/F1, packing group II, hazard identification number 33. Transport in original manufacturer's packaging. The storage area should be well ventilated, designed for the storage of hazardous substances. Do not allow mechanical damage to the packaging, which can lead to uncontrolled leakage of the preparation. SEPTOCHEM is a volatile, highly flammable substance. Vapors form explosive mixtures with air. Do not expose to prolonged exposure to low temperatures.Store
in the temperature range from +1 to +25°C in rooms that guarantee sufficient protection. Storage time is defined as equal to the warranty period, that is, 12 months.
