Purpose:
The Type B1 container is designed for the construction of explosion-proof water barricades in underground mining operations under existing hazards. It can be used in underground mining operations in non-methane and methane fields, in workings classified as "a," "b," or "c" methane explosion danger, as well as class "A" or "B" coal dust explosion hazard.
Characteristics:
The Type B1 water barricade construction container is trapezoid-shaped and made of flame-retardant modified polypropylene, covered with a flame-retardant antistatic coating. It is protected against excessive water vaporization and features a liquid level indicator.
Product Properties:
The coating of the lid and container is resistant to chemical atmospheres (acidic, alkaline, basic) and shows significant resistance to the continuous action of diluted and concentrated inorganic acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents, and various waters, including seawater. The coating applied to the lid and container effectively dissipates electric charges, preventing their accumulation on the container's walls and lid surface. The container's lid protects against excessive water vaporization. The container features an indicator that allows for easy and quick reading of the liquid level. The use of such a solution has a significant impact on the time and quality of control and the maintenance of the specified efficiency of the explosion-proof water barricades set up.
