Purpose:
PETROCHEM K is used as a low-freezing point fluid intended for use in cooling systems of internal combustion engines. It is recommended for all types of vehicles with liquid cooling systems. The fluid provides protection against freezing, overheating, and corrosion in cooling systems made from various materials: Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, PE-X, PP, PB, etc. It prevents electrolytic (oxygen-induced) and galvanic (bimetallic) corrosion by forming a protective layer on the metal surfaces. It also prevents the deposition of scale and mineral deposits, eliminates biological contamination to prevent airlocks in the system, and safeguards against malfunctions. It extends the lifespan of radiators, pumps, valves (thermostats), thereby enhancing the system's durability.
Characteristics:
The automotive coolant fluid is a clear, blue, homogeneous liquid consisting of a mixture of ethylene glycol, water, and additives, without turbidity, suspensions, or sediments.
Product Properties:
The fluid is volatile and flammable, forming explosive mixtures with air. It raises the boiling point of the coolant fluid, providing additional protection during hot summer periods or under intensive vehicle operation. The fluid does not have a harmful effect on rubber components of the cooling system and protects against the deposition of scale and mineral deposits.
Packaging:
The coolant fluid is available in packaging with capacities of 0.5L, 1L, 5L, 10L, and 200L or as agreed upon between the manufacturer and the recipient. Containers are made of plastic or metal.
