CEKORCHEM F Heat-Resistant Paint up to 250 ºC

Characteristics:

Phthalosilicone heat-resistant paint up to 250 ºC. A suspension of pigments and fillers in a solution of phthalic and silicone resin in organic solvents with the addition of pigments and auxiliary agents. The paint is available in colors agreed upon with the customer.

Product Properties:

The paint coating exhibits good mechanical durability (elasticity, impact resistance) and corrosion resistance (resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents, and water). It is resistant to temperatures up to 250 ºC, and the resulting coating adheres well to the steel substrate. It can be used for painting with various application techniques: brush, roller, spray, or immersion.

Intended Use:

CEKORCHEM F paint is used to prime previously cleaned steel elements exposed to continuous or intermittent high-temperature conditions. It is particularly recommended for painting metal elements, furnaces, radiators, heating elements, and central heating installations. Not suitable for annealing.

Application:

Before painting, thoroughly mix the paint. Prepare the surface by drying, removing loosely adhering rust, old peeling paint, and dust, and degrease it with a solvent. Apply using a brush, roller, pneumatic spray, or by immersion. The minimum temperature of the painted surface should be no lower than +5 ºC and 3 ºC above the dew point and no higher than 35 ºC. Maximum air humidity of 85%. The recommended thickness of the applied dry protective coating is 30-35 µm. Curing of applied coatings occurs at the temperature prevailing during operation.

NOTE: Before starting work with the product, familiarize yourself with the safety data sheet. The solvent-based product is flammable and requires strict compliance with health and safety regulations during use.
