PURCHEM Polyurethane Primer-Topcoat

Characteristics:

Suspension of pigments and mineral fillers in an acrylic resin solution in organic solvents with the addition of auxiliary agents. PURCHEM is a two-component acrylic primer-enamel, based on a combination of acrylic resin and a hardener based on an aliphatic isocyanate. It does not require the use of primer paints.

Product Properties:

PURCHEM primer-enamel has good application properties when using various application techniques such as brush, roller, pneumatic spray, or hydrodynamic spray. The primer-enamel creates durable and flexible protective-decorative coatings with high durability and resistance to impacts and abrasion. It features very good coverage strength and is ideal for repainting. The resulting coatings are smooth, resistant to variable atmospheric conditions, particularly UV radiation, water, mineral and vegetable oils, greases, turpentine, naphtha, aliphatic petroleum derivatives, and moderately aggressive chemicals.

Application:

The primer-enamel is intended for use in objects exposed to atmospheric influences and chemical aggression. It is suitable for painting agricultural and construction machinery, floating parts of waterborne sports equipment, ships, bridge constructions, steel structures, and metal elements—where high resistance to mechanical, chemical, and atmospheric factors is required. It is developed to protect steel, cast iron, other metal parts, and certain plastics used in various environments.
